These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and Crown88 ("Crown88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Crown88 online gaming platform available at https://crown88.buzz and any related mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Crown88 is an online gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes and targeted at adult players based in Malaysia. To register and maintain an Account on the Crown88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are natural person aged 21 years or older. Crown88 operates a strict minimum age policy and will not accept registrations from individuals below this age threshold under any circumstances.

• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by Crown88 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you.

Crown88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Where Member is found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, Crown88 will void all activity conducted on the Account, return any net deposits made (less any withdrawals taken), and permanently close the Account. Any bonus or promotional credit received will be forfeited.

Each Member may hold onlyone (1) Account on the Crown88 Platform. The registration of duplicate, additional, or linked accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Crown88 employs automated and manual systems to detect and action multi-account activity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as per your Malaysian NRIC, passport, or equivalent government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address and contact number
• Residential address within Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other Malaysian state)
• Preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit / MYR or cryptocurrency-equivalent)

You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials (username and password) confidential. Crown88 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. You must notify Crown88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Crown88 is required to conduct KYC verification prior to processing withdrawal requests or when otherwise triggered by internal compliance protocols. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence, or valid passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within three months), and a selfie holding your ID. Crown88 grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

• Collection or use of any product listings, descriptions, or pricing for the benefit of a competing service;
• Any derivative use of the Platform or its content;
• Downloading, copying, or scraping Platform content for the benefit of a third party.

Crown88 reserves the right to refuse service, close Accounts, remove or edit content, and cancel transactions at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it determines, acting reasonably, that a Member has breached these Terms or acted in a manner that may expose Crown88 to legal, reputational, or financial risk.

Crown88 supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time without advance notice.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Crown88 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The minimum deposit is RM 30 for fiat transactions and the cryptocurrency equivalent ofRM 30 for digital asset deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Completed KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawals. Crown88 targets withdrawal processing within minutes to hours for approved requests; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and any additional compliance review triggered at Crown88's discretion.

Crown88 reserves the right to delay, withold, or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms. Any transaction costs associated with withdrawals (including but not limited to cryptocurrency network fees) are borne by the Member unless Crown88 expressly states otherwise.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which set out eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions.

General conditions applicable to all Crown88 bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only. Restricted Persons are not eligible for any promotional offers.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per Account, unless Crown88 expressly states otherwise in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money balance is typically wagered before bonus balance unless Crown88 specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to meet requirements within the allotted period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winings.

• Any indication of coordinated bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated tools, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.
• All monetary bonus values are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency equivalents are calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of credit.

Crown88's VIP programme — comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Black Diamond tiers — is subject to separate tier-specific terms communicated to Members upon tier qualification. Tier benefits, including birthday bonuses up to MYR 2,688 cashback rates, and dedicated account manager services, are governed by those tier terms and may be revised by Crown88 at any time.

• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on Crown88's infrastructure or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical malfunction to gain an advantage not intended by Crown88, and failing to report such issues to Crown88's support team promptly.

A breach of any of the above provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and pending winings, and reporting of the relevant activity to applicable authorities. All content available on the Crown88 Platform, including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, video, and audio (collectively, "Crown88 Content"), is the exclusive property of Crown88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and display Crown88 Content on your personal device solely for the purpose of using the Platform in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Crown88 Content for any commercial purpose without Crown88's express prior written consent.

Crown88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Crown88 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uptime and shall not be liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure events).

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge and accept that gambling can result in loss of deposited funds, and that Crown88 bears no liability for any losses you incur through gambling activity on the Platform, regardless of whether such losses result from your own decisions, game outcomes, or Platform availability issues, except where such losses are directly attributable to Crown88's proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Crown88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withold or void any funds therein, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by Crown88;
• Conduct that Crown88 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Members, Crown88 staff, or the integrity of the Platform;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring Crown88 to do so;
• Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to Crown88's dormancy policy and applicable advance notification requirements.

Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding compliance review.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Crown88 Platform and its licensed entity.

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
